Hi! I’m Ashley, the founder of Identity Alchemy.

After some severe challenges with mental health at an early age, I immersed myself into all things “personal growth” at the age of 17. (I’m talking Tony Robbins seminars, walking on fire, plant medicine ceremonies, reading countless “self-help” books, investing tens of thousands of dollars into my own personal growth over the years, and more!)

My deep dive into personal development at an early age sparked my passion for learning business.

Because, to me, business is all about developing our gifts, solving problems for people who need our help, and sharing those gifts in an impactful way - while creating a lifestyle that’s truly fulfilling.

In 2020, after several years of working with clients remotely in the coaching and consulting industry, I launched my own coaching business. From 2020-2022, I devoted myself to doing the deep work of helping women learn how regulate themselves emotionally (feel their feelings), become authentic with themselves (about their true needs & desires), and authentically express themselves in the world (via authentic communication and making bold decisions in alignment with their vision).

At the end of 2022, I felt a shift and realized that the work I was doing wasn’t actually the fullest expression of my own gifts, skillsets, and talents. 

And thus… Identity Alchemy was born. 

Today, we are a growing branding and design agency working with some absolutely incredible and inspiring clients - helping them step into the next evolution of their business, brand, and mission / impact.
